I have mentioned that to my PT and suggested swapping current protein to plant based and he said it is a nonsense (I know is not) that I don’t have physiology like a cow to eat grass( I know stupid). so you can imagine I am a bit put off by this guy. my question is how do I do it ? how do I create vegan meal plan ? I know there are lots of athletes who are plant based but they also have a lot of money. I am standard person (still haha) wanting to be better to do better to feel better to give more. I just want to live life to the fullest ! I believe plant based fiat can help me with that but how do I do it please ?
