Shipping Policy

  1. General  1.1 We rotate our snack offerings periodically with unique finds and nutritious offerings. Typically,  a quarter of the box consists of various healthy bars, a third is salty/crunchy snacks, and the rest a curated mix of  savory, sweet or cookie/cracker snacks. Because of the curation process, we are unable to guarantee certain snacks or percentages. 1.2 We try to maintain accurate offerings on our website but from time-to-time there may be an inventory discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item, receive an alternative item, or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
  2. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
  3. Returns Unfortunately, due to regulations associated with food safety and shipping of food, we are unable to accept returns. Should you have an issue with your order, please contact us. 
  4. Delivery Terms  4.1 Transit Time Domestically  In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days  4.2 Dispatch Time  Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. The fulfillment center operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, excepting national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. 4.3 Change Of Delivery Address For change of delivery address requests, please contact us immediately, and we will make all efforts  to change the address but we may not be able to make such changes after the order has been placed.  4.4 Delivery Time Exceeded If delivery time  exceeds the forecasted time, please contact us.
  5. Tracking Notifications  Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email with an estimated delivery date and phone number to call for any further questions.
  6. Parcels Damaged In Transit  For  parcels  damaged in transit, (i) if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and (ii) contact customer service with next steps.
  7. Duties & Taxes  Prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes.
  8. Cancellations  Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it.
  9.
