Dr. Erica O’Neal is a board-certified psychiatrist and lifestyle and integrative medicine physician. Her lifelong passion for the role of nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness in the role of physical and mental well-being led her to expand her training beyond traditional psychiatric practice. She was in the first group of physicians in the world to be board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine and graduated from the Fellowship of Integrative Medicine at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine in February 2021. Dr. O’Neal practices medicine in the United States and Canada and has worked with diverse patient populations in rural and urban settings in both countries.
