Hectic morning! I don’t have time for breakfast. I need to get going for an early morning meeting. Sound familiar? Yup. We’ve all been there.
Busy mornings are no longer an excuse for grabbing an unhealthy bite —especially if your office has an Oh My Green-stocked kitchen. This super-easy-to-make parfait takes all of 2 minutes to prepare.
Here’s what you need:
1 Your favorite flavor of a 5.3 oz Siggi’s Yogurt
1/4 cup of sliced strawberries
1/4 cup of blueberries
1 tsp chia seeds
1/4 cup of Gr8nola granola
There’s nothing to the preparation! Simply serve the yogurt into a bowl, spread the chia seeds over it, add the strawberries and blueberries, and top with granola. How you eat it is up to you! I usually like mixing it all and I make sure to get every ingredient in every bite.
This simple breakfast leaves me super satisfied, but also I’ve noticed that I tend to make better choices for the rest of the day! It’s like, I don’t want to undo the good I did earlier or something… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
