Easy and Delicious Chia Blueberry Pudding

We may be, or not, a little bit obsessed about chia pudding. We won’t confess to anything! But, if we were, there really is a reason for that obsession. Chia pudding maybe one of the easiest, most nutritious, and versatile foods e-v-e-r. Ideal as a filling breakfast or afternoon snack, it requires some planning ahead, but very little prep time.  

Ingredients:

¼ cup of TrūRoots organic chia seeds 
1 cup of soy, coconut, or almond milk 
1 tsp of Crown Maple® syrup 
A handful of fresh blueberries 
¼ cup of Purely Elizabeth Blueberry Hemp granola

Preparation: 

Combine the chia seeds, milk, and maple syrup in a mason jar and refrigerate overnight. If you’re in a hurry, refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. 

Top with fresh blueberries and granola. Enjoy!
