You’ll want to read our full Terms of Service but here are two important highlights:
All content provided by you should be accurate, complete, up-to-date, and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
You must carry appropriate licenses or certificates are required by law in the state in which you are located (for example, massage therapists, nutritionists, financial advisors, mental health providers, etc…). Not all services require licenses or certificates (for example, knitting classes, meditation).

Pricing Guidelines*
The remittance of any applicable sales, service, income or other taxes on your service are your responsibility.
You are free to list your service or product at any price point. But, by using our platform, you certify that pricing is equal to or lower than prices otherwise publicly available. We offer a price match guarantee to our customers, so this is very important!
When setting your pricing, bear in mind we charge a commission of 30%. This fee covers our expenses related to payment processing, marketing and sales, insurance coverage and managing the marketplace.

Due to CA Bill AB5 , California based users are not eligible to sell on our marketplace unless you are a business entity (e.g., LLC, C-Corp, etc…)

Final tips!*
Reply to booking requests within 24 hours- doing so will increase your ranking on our platform and your listing will show up to more possible buyers. Having a low response score will result in your listing being shown to less buyers.
All transactions should take place on the platform. This protects you and our clients from liability due to insufficient insurance coverage and allows our support team to intervene in the case of any issues you may experience.
